All our signs are handmade to order using premium flexible neon LED piping, with proprietary PVC moulding technology. This LED piping is affixed to sturdy & clear acrylic backing which is cut to shape. 

This material is much more durable & environmentally friendly when compared with traditional glass neon signage.

Our LED neon signs are designed to replace a traditional glass neon sign. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets.

The LEDs used in our signs have a lifetime of a huge 50,000 hours. That is the equivalent of over 5 years if you were to keep the neon sign switched on constantly!

All of our neon signs come with a 24-month warranty, meaning that we will replace it for free in the very unlikely event that you have any issues with it. 

If you have any issues with your sign within 24-months of purchasing, you can contact our support team on support@helenledco.com with details of your sign's issues.

The team can then arrange for the sign to be returned to us for inspection prior to authorising a replacement to be sent out to you.

We ship WORLDWIDE! There are no restrictions as to which countries we can deliver our awesome neon signs to.

From your date of order we like to allow up to 14 days for the delivery to arrive at your door, however it will more than likely be quicker than this. The longer wait time is because each product sold from our site is handmade with care to order, whether a custom design or a preset.

Production time is usually 3-5 working days & shipping is usually 5-7 business days.

We use DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT as our shipping partners. Once your order is with the courier, we will send you a full tracking number via email so that you can keep track of where your new neon sign is.

Our shipping partners use a fully tracked & insured courier service. Once your sign has been handed over to one of our shipping partners (DHL or TNT) you will be sent a shipping tracking number via email so you can keep track of the delivery progress of your sign.

In the unlikely event that your sign does not arrive, please don't hesitate to reach out via email on support@helenledco.com.

Our support team can then liaise with the courier to investigate what has happened & arrange for a new sign to be sent to you ASAP free of charge.

As we ship our signs worldwide, sometimes our shipments may be flagged by a country's customs agency as requiring additional fees or taxes to be paid. We do everything we can to mitigate this on our side, but on rare occasions shipments will still be flagged and as the customer is usually who gets sent the bill for customs charges, you may receive a letter or text message saying you owe money.

Our neon sings are simple to install & can be completed within 5 minutes. Follow these steps to get your new sign up & lighting up your life ASAP:

Carefully unbox your new sign. As the signs are sent in premium protective packaging, to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition, you may need a knife to assist with removal of the packaging. Be careful not to be too rigorous with any cutting as to not damage the sign or its cables inside.

Attach the power cables & insert into power socket. The signs come with one cable attached to the sign, a cable for the remote control & a separate 12V transformer which plugs into the mains power supply. Attach the mains power supply cable into the remote control cable & then attach that to the sign's cable. Add AAA batteries to the remote control & you'll then be able to turn your sign on/off, dim & change effect. If you purchased the Color Changer, you will also be able to use the remote control to change the
color of the sign.

Hang your sign using your preferred method. Hanging the neon signs to the wall is very similar to hanging a picture. It's up to you how you hang the signs. You can use nails & hooks, however we recommend using wall hanging strips as these are much easier to use & are non-invasive for your walls.
